MyHub is the central portal for business users to manage tasks and requests generated by the Confidence Platform for Google. A valid MyHub subscription is required for business users to access its features.
In MyHub, business users can efficiently address tasks from various modules of the Confidence Platform for Google. The table below outlines the tasks and their sources:

| Governance | Renew shared drive | Assigned contacts in the Shared Drive Renewal Profile will receive renewal tasks and process them directly in MyHub. If errors occur during the renewal process, the renewal contact will be notified via an error task in MyHub. |
| Policy enforcement | Fix shared drive violation Fix user drive violation Fix user violation Fix Group violation Fix Gmail violation | When violations are detected by policies with approval process, approvers in the approval process will receive tasks to fix violations and review the action in MyHub. |
| Information management | Review record for disposal | For rules with manual approval, tasks will be generated for records marked for disposal after the Enforce rule actions job. Approvers in the approval process can approve or reject the records in MyHub. Only the approved records will be destroyed. |
