#General Updates

• The standalone tool now supports Teams & Groups as a content source, enabling export of archived Team and Group content.

• You can now set priorities when creating restore jobs. Additionally, the job queue now implements a unified priority model across all job types, ensuring faster, more predictable job processing.

• Opus now offers dedicated API to optimize SharePoint files for tyGraph. It provides two options: archive and then delete files or delete files directly, helping you enforce data policies and free up storage space efficiently.

• Site collections that are subject to a retention policy or eDiscovery hold are now automatically excluded from storage optimization jobs when the job involves archiving and deleting content, deleting content only, or moving content, preventing operations that are not permitted under compliance constraints.

• Enforce rule actions for Exchange Online now display full job details, including the number of mailboxes and items currently in progress, as well as the total number of mailboxes and items that have been processed.

• The following rule criteria are now available for SharePoint Online, enabling you to target documents based on properties of their parent library or site collection:

  • Parent library property (Yes/No)

  • Parent library property (Date and Time)

  • Parent library property (Number)

  • Parent library property (Text)

  • Parent site collection property (Yes/No)

  • Parent site collection property (Date and Time)

  • Parent site collection property (Number)

  • Parent site collection property (Text)

• The following rule criteria are now available for OneDrive, enabling you to target documents based on properties of their parent library or site collection:

  • Parent library property (Yes/No)

  • Parent library property (Date and Time)

#What’s New in Manual Approval Process?

• A Reclassify button is now available on the Records for review > Under review page, allowing you to reclassify a record with a new term. The record will be immediately removed from the page upon successful reclassification.

• All configuration settings for manual approval have been consolidated onto a single, dedicated page, eliminating the need to manage settings across both the Approval processes and the Records for review > Under review pages.

• ReCenter is now available in the following data centers:

  • GCP for West Europe (Eemshaven, Netherlands)
