General Updates

Private Preview: Opus now supports Box as a content source for information lifecycle management. This includes connection setup, term and rule settings, search, enforce action jobs, manual approvals, and reporting.
AvePoint Opus now supports the Korean language.
Data exports in AvePoint Opus now use the same data size unit KB.
You can now create job notifications to inform users via email when jobs meet the selected status.
Additional filters such as Start time, End time, and Job run by have been added to Job monitor, allowing you to filter jobs using these criteria.
A Location column has been added to Job monitor, displaying the location URL where an apply settings, enforce rule actions, or storage optimization job is executed.
Additional columns such as Type, Created time, Last modified time, Record ID, and Rule have been added to the creation and destruction report.
You can now add the Archived time tag to the stub message to display the archived time of the stub. Please note that the archived time is localized based on site settings, instead of the time zone configured in the AvePoint Opus system.
Detailed configurations have been added to the apply settings job details.
You can now export the configured content source settings from SharePoint Online or File System, make updates, and reimport them back into the Opus system.
Content source settings configured on site containers can now be imported.

Additional columns such as Processed sites and Processed files have been added to the storage optimization job details, displaying the numbers of processed site collections and processed files.
You can now push settings configured on a sites container or site collection to all of its child nodes, overwriting any settings configured on the child nodes.
The action audit report is now available to customers who are only using the Storage Optimization module.
When creating a storage optimization rule to manage documents, you now have the option to keep the current and a specified number of previous versions, while archiving and deleting the rest.

You can now select a barcode standard when managing physical records. You can also import barcodes when importing physical records.
Duplicate physical record names are now allowed to be used as long as they have different unique IDs.

You can now use the Sensitivity label rule criteria to manage Exchange Online mailboxes.

You can now create profiles for inactive data reports and ROT data reports to display data that meets the configured criteria displayed.
Additional columns such as Processed sites and Processed files have been added to the archive or delete data job details, displaying the numbers of processed site collections and processed files.

Additional columns such as Last reviewed by, Last reviewed time, and Last approval/rejection comment have been added to the My tasks > Records for review page.
When exporting records from the Under review, Waiting for disposal, Disposal extensions, or Related records tab on the Records for review page, if a filter has been applied, only the filtered results will be exported.

Restore settings can now be configured to allow site visitors to restore files in ReCenter.
You can now delete archived data from the archive storage after the archived data has been restored.
When selecting Microsoft Azure Blob Storage to store archived data, you can choose to store data in the cold tier, archive tier, or default access tier.
A data restoration job will be queued if another data restoration job is currently ongoing.
The job performance of pruning archived data in archive storage based on retention rules has been improved.
