Private Preview: Opus now supports Box as a content source for information lifecycle management. This includes connection setup, term and rule settings, search, enforce action jobs, manual approvals, and reporting.
AvePoint Opus now supports the Korean language.
Data exports in AvePoint Opus now use the same data size unit KB.
You can now create job notifications to inform users via email when jobs meet the selected status.
Additional filters such as Start time, End time, and Job run by have been added to Job monitor, allowing you to filter jobs using these criteria.
A Location column has been added to Job monitor, displaying the location URL where an apply settings, enforce rule actions, or storage optimization job is executed.
Additional columns such as Type, Created time, Last modified time, Record ID, and Rule have been added to the creation and destruction report.
You can now add the Archived time tag to the stub message to display the archived time of the stub. Please note that the archived time is localized based on site settings, instead of the time zone configured in the AvePoint Opus system.
Detailed configurations have been added to the apply settings job details.
You can now export the configured content source settings from SharePoint Online or File System, make updates, and reimport them back into the Opus system.
