General Updates

  • Cloud Records now supports Chinese.

  • A Microsoft 365 account can now be set as the email sender for all notifications sent from the system.

  • There is a new built-in group Reviewers (Built-in) whose members have access to the Records for Review and Smart Classifications for Review pages to process their tasks.

  • You can search for documents in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint On-Premises using the SharePoint Document criterion on the Search page.

  • You can now choose whether to keep the default term of the classification column applied from SharePoint when configuring column settings for SharePoint Online.

  • Rich text and HTML codes are now available in email templates for enhanced email notifications sent from the system.

  • A message will appear when users choose the Last Accessed Time rule criterion, indicating that this rule criterion uses the data collected by the Report Data Collection function in AvePoint Online Services, which may slow the job performance.

What’s New in Records for Review?

  • You can now export records for review to an Excel file, make the review decisions offline, and then import the results.

  • You can let the approval process end if the reviewer of any review step gives the rejection decision.

  • You can click export records that have been actioned within a custom time range on the Records for Review > History page.

  • You can open a SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business record by clicking its full path on the Records for Review page.

  • You can now view detailed information of a record by clicking the record name before making a decision on the Records for Review page.

  • The configured filters on the Records for Review > Under Review page can be kept so that you do not need to reset the filters.
