• Cloud Records now offers Information Lifecycle and Storage Optimization modules.

• Maestro AI is not available for extended smart classification. You will need to obtain a subscription that includes the Maestro AI functionality if you want to use smart classification via Maestro AI.

• Cloud Records integrates with ReCenter for restoring the archived content and supports a new module Storage Optimization for archiving content. Please note that this feature is only available for those organizations participating in the Storage Optimization private preview.

• You can now set a customized email template in each review step, instead of using the standard manual approval template for record reviewers in all review steps.

• You can now create stub templates and then select a stub template to define the stub details when you create a rule to leave a stub in the original location.

• The configured filters and the selected columns on the Records for Review > Under Review page can be kept so that you do not need to reset them at your next login.
