• You can now start a file analysis to analyze data in your SharePoint and then archive or destroy the data to achieve your storage optimization goals. The availability of this functionality is controlled by a new prepaid consumption subscription type.

• You can now migrate data from Cloud Archiving to AvePoint Opus and then use AvePoint Opus for storage optimization.

• You can now create Storage Optimization module rules to delete documents from a source. Before deletion, you can choose whether to keep the current version as well as the number of previous versions.

• You can now filter awaiting approval records within specific OneDrive folders.

• You can now stop an in progress job in Job Monitor.
