• You can now customise a manual approval process to define Record Owners who are responsible for approving or rejecting objects before disposal.

• You can now reset the Currently Held By column value to indicate the user who is currently in possession of a physical folder.

• The records for review process is now optimized to support additional requirements.

• The unique ID feature is now optimized to support using the SharePoint auto-generated Document ID column to display the unique ID of each document.

• You can now choose to apply settings to the updated SharePoint Online nodes or to all SharePoint Online nodes.
