• You can now choose a conflict resolution to place a box on hold when some folders in the box are already on hold.

• You can now view physical records in different graphs based on different conditions via the Dashboard.

• You can now generate reports for physical records.

• You can now choose whether to destroy a physical box along with the folder destruction if all folders in it are destroyed.

• You can now submit a creation request to request a new physical box/folder/record.

• You can now configure document level term settings for SharePoint Online existing columns to classify SharePoint Online documents.
