General Updates

A new Optimized data size column has been added to the Dashboard > Storage Optimization page and the Report center > Archived sites page, displaying the amount of data deleted from each site collection.
You now have the option to reposition the AVA chatbot within the Opus interface.
When interacting with the AVA chatbot, users can now provide direct feedback on its responses by clicking the Like and Dislike icons.

You can now schedule the enforce rule actions job on a fixed monthly date, ensuring greater consistency in running information lifecycle jobs.
A message, What content should be managed by thisrule?, has been added to the Create rule > Rule settings page to clarify the purpose of the rule setting.

You can now delete all history versions and stubs from the archival storage after a file is restored.
You can now temporarily remove retention labels from documents and items, enabling the deletion of documents, document versions, items, item versions, and attachments.
You can now manage SharePoint Online content using the Retention label rule criterion.
The conflict between the storage optimization job and the prune archived data job has been resolved, allowing you to run a storage optimization job even when a prune archived data job is in progress.
A message, What content should be managed by thisrule?, has been added to the Create rule > Rule settings page to clarify the purpose of the rule setting.

The file types docx, dotx, xlsx, xltx, pptx, and potx have been removed from the Legacy Office files rule. Please note that this change only applies to the Opus environment where no analysis has been started prior to this release.

You can now set a reason for rejection as inactive, preventing reviewers from selecting it when rejecting a record in the future. This inactive reason can still be used as a value when filtering records.
The Modified time column has been added to the My tasks > Records for review page and is now available as a filter.
The customized column widths for the columns on the My tasks > Records for review page will now be retained, so you do not need to reset them when switching between tabs or pages.

MyHub (Preview) now supports additional languages, including Chinese, Japanese, France, German, Korean, Italia, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch.
You can now filter records on the Tasks & to-dos > Items waiting for disposal approval page.
You can now configure the theme color, time zone, and language for records displayed on the Tasks & to-dos > Items waiting for disposal approval page.
You can now switch to Folder view on the Tasks & to-dos > Items waiting for disposal approval page to review records by their folder structure.

You can now assign the Search permission to users, enabling them to search for files and export the search results.
You can now control over whether users can restore stub files to another location and whether they can select or enter the location path when restoring the stub files.

ReCenter now supports end-user export of search results for data archived by AvePoint Opus. Administrators can control whether users are allowed to export search results from ReCenter by granting the Search permission in the Restore settings of AvePoint Opus.
For data archived by AvePoint Opus, the folder structure in the data exported by ReCenter has been removed.
Administrators can control whether users are allowed to restore stub files to another location in the Restore settings of AvePoint Opus.
For items stored in the Azure Archive tier, it may take longer than expected to restore or export the data.
