#General Updates

• Multiple holds can be added on files, and the Hold Title and Hold Until columns are now available in the search results table to show the titles of the holds placed on objects, and the time until when the objects will be on hold.

• You can now configure the extend disposal settings to define the maximum times disposal can be extended and the maximum disposal extension.

• You can now configure the email notification settings to define the interval of email notifications that are sent to record reviewers and the end time for sending email notifications, and configure the escalation settings to define the user/group to whom to escalate the task.

• You can now view information about the records for which disposal has been extended in the Disposal Extensions tab of the Records for Review page, and remove disposal extension for records.

• You can now view and edit the Manual Approval Template to Records Reviewer email template.

• The Action Type column is now available in the Creation and Destruction report to show the action type, Creation or Destruction.

#What’s New in the Dashboard?

• The statistics on the dashboard are now clickable to allow users to view the corresponding objects directly.

#What’s New in Rule Management?

• You can now choose to show the restore link to end users to allow them to restore the content that has been disposed of via ReCenter, and configure the criterion to destroy the archived content that meets the criterion by configuring rules for SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business.

#What’s New in Physical Records Management?

• You can now edit metadata in batch for object at the Customer Container, Physical Box, Physical Folder, and Physical Record levels.

• The Currently Held By column is now a default column of the General Information category for new physical box template and physical folder template.

#What’s New in Exchange Online Data Management?

• The Retention Label term criterion is now available for Exchange Online.

#What’s New in File System Data Management?

• You can now import content source settings for File System to import folder level term settings to the system in bulk.
