#General Updates

• AvePoint Cloud Records has been renamed to AvePoint Opus.

• The default email sender has been changed to Opus_Team@avepointonlineservices.com for all email notifications sent from the system.

• You can now set different intervals for email notifications sent to records reviewers.

• The logical relationship among rule criteria is now displayed after you configure rule criteria.

• A new rule criterion Last Accessed Time / Modified Date is now available.

• AvePoint Opus will start collecting the last accessed time information after you create a last accessed time related rule.

• You can now insert a salutation parameter into an email template to have the recipient’s first name displayed in the email notification.

• You can now insert a current date parameter into an email template to have the date when the email notification is sent displayed in the email notification.

• You can now decide whether a comment is required when a record reviewer approves or rejects a record.

• The built-in storage location AvePoint Storage now stores content in the Cold tier of Azure storage for 3 months and then moves the content to the Archive tier after 3 months.

• You can now indicate the internal name of a column when you choose to use an existing column in SharePoint Online as the classification column.

#What’s New in Storage Optimization?

• You can now run a Simulate job to report the content that meets the configured rules before running a Storage Optimization job.

• The Archived Sites Report is now available to report the information of all archived site collections.

• A message will appear when you create Storage Optimization rules recommending you configure document size rules like size > 1 MB to quickly free up your storage space.

• You can now view how much content has been archived and the savings your organization has achieved via Dashboard.

• Storage Optimization job now supports more job details.
