General Updates

  • Private Preview: Opus is now integrated with MyHub (preview), enabling users to complete Opus approval tasks directly within MyHub (preview).

  • Opus now offers enhanced customer support through the integration of the AVA chatbot. If you have any product-related inquiries, the chatbot is readily available to assist you.

  • The other online services icon has been added to the Opus interface, allowing for easy navigation to AvePoint Online Services or other services.

  • When you create a storage location in a data center that is different from the one selected for your AvePoint Online Services tenant, a message will appear notifying you that this may result in increased data transfer costs and potential performance issues.

  • The Archived time column has been added to the Search page to display the archived time of records.

What’s New in Discovery and Analysis

  • When trialing Opus discovery and analysis, there is now a scan limitation of up to 100 GB. This is in addition to the existing limits of 5 site collections and 3 scans.

  • Discovery and analysis jobs have been added to job monitor to display job details.

  • You can now configure both the document size range and modified time range when configuring discovery settings.

What’s New in Records for Review?

  • The disposal extension period has been increased to a maximum of 120 months, equivalent to 10 years.

What’s New in Stub Templates?

  • You can now insert an external link to the stub message when creating a stub template.

  • The restore link has been inserted into the stub message in stub template by default.

What’s New in Rules and Jobs?

  • The total archived size and total deletion size have been added to the job details of storage optimization jobs, enforce rule actions jobs, and archive or destroy data jobs.

  • A message indicating the last accessed time collection date has been added to the Rule page when the Last accessed time rule criterion is configured.

  • When configuring a rule where the Column (Text) rule criterion is selected, you can now select Is blank as the column value.

  • When creating configuration files for NARA format, you can now enable data checksum so that a key will be generated, which can help verify the integrity of files during transfer.

  • You can now remove all rules when configuring archiving settings. The archiving management option will be automatically disabled once all rules are removed.

  • You can now choose whether to decrypt IRM protected files when archiving content.

What’s New in Restoring Content

  • You can now use ReCenter to restore a stub to a location other than the original location.

  • The Document versions setting has been added to the Restore page so that you can choose the number of document versions that you want to restore when restoring documents.

What’s New in Maestro AI?

  • The training report is now available to display all records classified by Maestro AI.

What’s New in Report Center?

  • You can now create a restored data report to display the data that has been restored within a specified time range.

  • The creation and destruction report now supports reporting folders that have been destroyed, as well as reporting the documents within the folders.

  • An Approved by column has been added to the creation and destruction report to display the user responsible for approving the destruction of the record.
