#General Updates

• The Record ID column has been added to the Records for Review page to help users identify records when they have the same record names.

• The Date Destroyed column has been added to physical records to display the date when a physical record was destroyed in the system.

• The Location filter has been added to the Records for Review page to help users filter records within the same content source based on their locations.

• The history table on the Records for Review page only displays the last 1000 records that have been processed. You can export records if you want to view additional processed records.

• Job Monitor will now keep your configured settings of the Filter and Manage Columns fields even after you leave the current page to perform other operations.

#What’s New in Content Management?

• OneDrive for Business content can now be managed without applying terms for classification.

• SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business document sets and folders can now be classified via term settings.

• Manual approval settings for SharePoint Online and File System can now be imported via a template.

• The Pick List for Destruction page is now available to detail physical records that are pending destruction.

• The Pick List for Loan page is now available to detail physical records that are pending loan.

• Manual approval settings can now be configured to manage Connector content.

• Custom column rule criteria can now be configured to manage Connector content.
