#General Updates

• Opus now supports for SharePoint Subscription Edition, with the same functionalities as other supported versions of SharePoint On-Premises.

• The minimum retention period of AvePoint Storage has been changed to 90 days.

#What’s New in Rules?

• The document level rule condition Column (Yes/No) for SharePoint Online in the Storage Optimization module now supports a new value, Empty.

• You can now move content together with their associated metadata from Exchange Online to libraries.

• You can now choose whether to delete the stubs from the original locations once the retention period has been reached when creating a rule to archive and remove content from the content source.

#What’s New in Discovery and Analysis?

• The discovery and analysis functionality now supports for OneDrive.

• You can now add additional sites to your analysis scope to start the analysis again.

• If sites fail to be analyzed in the last analysis, you can now choose to only analyze failed sites.

• You can set a threshold to limit the sites displayed in the reports, so that sites smaller than the specified size will be collected and analyzed, but they will not be displayed in the reports.

• It is now possible to analyze the size of duplicate files.

#What’s New in Manual Approval?

• You can now skip manual review for records at a specific location of SharePoint Online or OneDrive.

• After selecting all records on the Records for review page, you can now deselect some records and then perform an action only on these selected records.

• Customizing the name of the Approve and Reject buttons is now available on the Records for review page.

• You can now choose an extension period when rejecting a record.
