#What’s New in Discovery and Analysis?

• Profile data can now be exported into CSV files for seamless sharing, archiving, or offline review across different platforms.

• Analysis data can be exported into CSV files. Please note that each analysis is restricted to a single export operation to maintain optimal system performance and avoid duplicate exports.

• When configuring a rule for duplicate file analysis on the Find ROT data page, a new message now alerts users that the rule will impact job performance and recommends double-checking rule configurations before proceeding.

• You can now choose to include declared records when you create a rule to move content to archival storage.

#What’s New in OneDrive?

• The rule action to declare a document/item as a record is no longer supported for OneDrive and has been removed from the Opus interface.

• Unique ID settings can now be configured for File System content. Each file’s unique ID can be embedded into its metadata, allowing Opus to recognize files even if they are renamed or relocated during future syncs. To use this feature, make sure you have updated the agents to the latest version.

• You can now view the last 20 activities of a physical box or folder by clicking the Activities button on the Physical records > Explorer or Search page.

#What’s New in the ReCenter Portal?

• Language support has been expanded to include Italian, Turkish, Dutch, Hungarian, and Thai.
