#General Updates

• A notification will be displayed in Notifications when a new agent version is available, reminding users to update their agents to the latest version.

• An Approval status column has been added to the creation and destruction report to show the status when manual approval is involved.

• The following changes have been made to the left navigation pane:

  • Report center has been renamed to Reporting.

  • System auditor has been renamed to Admin audit, and moved from System to the Reporting section.

  • Physical records explorer has been renamed to Explorer.

  • Help has been renamed to Help & Resources.

#What’s New in Discovery and Analysis?

• The Cost savings column has been renamed to Cost savings (monthly) to clarify that cost savings are calculated on a monthly basis.

#What’s New in Rules?

• The Export content before action rule action for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online has been enhanced, allowing you to export content to an export location or library.

• The new rule action, Remove retention label before a document/item is destroyed, is now available for SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

• The Sensitivity label rule criteria is now available for SharePoint Online and OneDrive, allowing you to define lifecycle rules via their sensitivity labels.

#What’s New in Google Drive?

• You can now export content and move content to a new location in Google Drive.

#What’s New in Physical Records?

• You can now view the last 20 activities of a physical record by clicking the Activities button on the Physical records > Explorer or Search page.

• You can now request multiple physical records via one loan request.

#What’s New in Maestro AI?

• The term structure will now be displayed when you hover over a term on the My tasks > Smart terms for review page.

• New filters Classification, Created time, and Modified time are now available on the My tasks > Smart terms for review page.

#What’s New in Restore Center?

• Public Preview: The full-text search feature is now available in public preview, allowing you to search for archived files by their content.

#What’s New in Content Sources for Lifecycle Management?

• You can now convert stub files across file types for SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

• You now have the option to hide the classification column to prevent users from seeing it in SharePoint Online when editing column settings.

• The Sensitivity label is now available for criteria classification in SharePoint Online and OneDrive when you select Auto-populate a term based on criteria as the term application method.

#What’s New in Content Sources for Storage Optimization?

• You can now convert stub files across file types for SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

• Orphaned OneDrives that are under a legal hold can now be archived to archival storage.

• A new message has been added to the Archiving settings page to warn users that improperly configured rules can lead to immediate and irreversible data deletion. The message recommends testing new rules on a small scope before applying them organization-wide. Additionally, it suggests using the Simulate function before performing any actions.

• A message will appear when you attempt to update archiving settings while a storage optimization job is running, indicating that the changes could affect the job's results and recommending testing new rules on a small scope before applying them organization-wide.

#What’s New in the ReCenter Portal?

• The ReCenter portal now supports Polish.

• ReCenter now supports loading all folders in Tree mode and can display up to 2000 search results.

• For customers with the eDiscovery function in preview in AvePoint Opus, ReCenter now supports full-text search across site collections configured in the site whitelist of AvePoint Opus.
