#General Updates

• Links to navigations have been added to messages to help users quickly identify the pages where they need to perform operations.

• After downloading a job report with the download setting Download to local immediately, it will be accessible in Download center.

• You can now choose whether to allow users to restore sharing links in ReCenter.

• The Filtered button will be highlighted after you set filter conditions, indicating that the current page has data filtered.

• A message has been added to the Download center page prompting that you need to download files one by one if the file size is larger than 500 MB.

• You can now export items within one or multiple archived sites via the archived sites report.

#What’s New in Discovery and Analysis?

• The analysis will be set to Finished with exceptions if some sites were not analyzed. You can view the inactive data and ROT data report details and analyze again.

• The frequency of analyzing and optimizing data becomes more flexible by selecting how many times per year you want to do discovery and analysis.

• New reports have been added to help you keep your storage growth under control.

  • The Projection report displays the predicted storage growth.

  • The Progress report displays the data optimization progress.

  • The Planned report displays all scheduled jobs of archiving or destroying data.

#What’s New in Records for Review?

• You can now set a specific date using the $Current Date$ parameter when customizing email templates for reviewers.

• The Last reason column has been added to the Under review and Waiting for disposal pages, displaying the reason that the reviewer selects when rejecting the record. If there are multiple review steps, only the rejection reason at the last review step will be displayed. This column is also available for filtering records.

• You can now set custom reminder intervals and apply unique email notifications at each approval process.

• You can now export the waiting for disposal records.

#What’s New in Physical Records Management?

• You can now export physical records, change their properties, and then import the file to make updates for physical records.
