Governance

    Governance streamlines the processes for managing shared drives and Google users, ensuring proper oversight, notification, and compliance within your organization. It consists of two sections:

    • Profiles – The Profiles section allow you to create and manage the following profiles:

      • Shared Drive Renewal – Review and update shared drive contacts, permissions, sharing links, and metadata. End users can view and complete related tasks in MyHub. To create a Shared Drive Renewal profile, refer to Configure Shared Drive Renewal Profiles.
    • Services – The Services section allow you to create the following services for user provisioning and lifecycle management:

      • Google User Provisioning – Define the request template for business users, and they can submit requests to create new Google users in MyHub. To create a Google User Provisioning service, refer to Configure Google User Provisioning Service.

      • User Lifecycle Management – Define the request template for business users, and they can submit requests to suspend, reactivate, archive, unarchive, or delete users in MyHub. To create a User Lifecycle Management service, refer to Configure User Lifecycle Management Service.
