You can now use the tenant-level rule Remove Inactive Guest Users to remove users who do not have any activities in SharePoint Online sites, Groups, and Teams.
You can now choose the Add these users to the defined groups if they are not there and Remove these users from other groups that they belong to options when fixing the violations identified by the Pre-defined Group Members (Cloud Governance) rule.
You can now choose existing site collection properties to define the users that must belong to the specified groups using the Pre-defined Group Members (Cloud Governance) rule.
You can now view policy violations of all Microsoft 365 tenants via the Dashboard page.
You can now use the Direct Sharing Prevention rule to prevent users from directly sharing content to individuals.
Policies for Microsoft 365 is now available for US Government for GCC High and DoD customers.
