• If the configured rule involves irreversible actions to the customer’s environment, a confirmation window will pop up when saving rule configurations, asking whether they accept the following risks.

• You can enforce private channel sites' sharing settings to be consistent with their parent Team sites using the Site Content Sharing Settings rule.

• You can set the time limit of inactivity to 730 days at most when using the Remove Inactive Guest Users rule.

• You can now choose to send an email notification of the violations to the primary/secondary contacts (Cloud Governance) of the violated users using the Remove Inactive Guest Users rule.
