    • You can now create a filter with the condition Team Status to manage Microsoft 365 Groups whose Team status meets the configured condition.

    • You can now turn on or off settings of the Individual Service Level Teams Settings Enforcement rule and the Tenant-Level Site Content External Sharing Settings rule after selecting the settings that you want to enforce or monitor.

    • You can now use the Tenant-Level Group Guest Access Restriction rule to control whether people outside your organization can be invited as guests and access group content.

    • You can now create a filter with the condition Lock Status to manage Site collections whose lock status meets the configured condition.

    • You can now create a Defined Group with the user property Company Name to manage users whose company name meets the configured condition.

    • You can now set retention duration on the Report page to set how long Policies for Microsoft 365 keeps your report data.

    • You can now add a filter to a rule to filter the objects managed by the rule.

    • You can now set a start time to define when job starts.

    • You can now use the Matches Site Collection Property condition to manage users whose Azure AD property values match the defined site collection property value.

    • You can now add a Defined Group to the External User Access Enforcement rule to specify users who can or cannot add external users.

    • You can now configure a service account profile required for the Exchange Online related rules through the Guidance window.
