• You can now restrict anyone from adding users to Groups or Teams, or skip monitoring membership invitations sent by app profiles and service accounts used by AvePoint Online Services with the Restrict Member Invitations rule.

#What’s new in Site Content Monitoring Rules?

• You can now only allow or restrict links shared by specific users with the Direct Sharing Prevention rule.

• You can now enforce the expiration for sharing links generated in sites with the Sharing Link Expiration Enforcement rule.

• You can now control whether site content can be searched or downloaded to offline clients with the Search and Offline Availability Enforcement rule.
