    • Policies for Microsoft 365 now offers enhanced customer support through the integration of the AVA chatbot. If you have any product-related inquiries, the chatbot is readily available to assist you.

    • The Admin email template and End-user email template have been optimized to allow customization of the email subject and message body. Additionally, Policies for Microsoft 365 now sends one email per rule instead of one email per policy.

    • You can now select specific columns to be displayed in the Violations report.

    • The Cloud Governance (Metadata) condition is now available in Defined Groups to help you target users with Cloud Governance metadata.
