#General Updates

• Microsoft Azure AD permissions are no longer required for the common features, including people pickers, Defined Groups, and filters

• When clicking Need guidance or troubleshooting? on the Submit Feedback panel, you are now redirected to the Invite Support page in AvePoint Online Services.

• You can now create filters for users whose Last Activity Time is within the specified time range.

• Daily or weekly job summary reports sent via email are now available in Job Notification.

#What’s New in Rules?

• You can now enforce Team members’ permission on managing apps and connectors with the Teams Settings Enforcement rule.

• You can now only monitor the number of enabled users and configure to promote members to owners randomly until the owner number requirement is met with the Owner Number Restriction rule.

• You can now ignore specific risks in violations reported by the Site Collection Administrator Restriction rule.

• You can now enforce the expiration for links shared with anyone and shared with people in your organization with the Sharing Link Expiration Enforcement rule.
