#What’s New in Rules?

• You can now enforce specific users to be in the owners, members, or visitors group of a site using the SharePoint Group Membership Enforcement rule.

• You can now enforce the primary or secondary contact of a site to be in the Site Collection Administrators group with the Site Collection Administrator Enforcement rule.

• You can now enforce specific users to be owners of Teams private channels using the Private Channel Ownership Enforcement rule.

• You can now report guest users who have the Full Control permission for sites and remove the permission from them using the Guest User Full Control Permission Restriction rule.

• You can now enforce specific users to be owners of Teams shared channels using the Shared Channel Ownership Enforcement rule.

• You can now enforce a defined sensitivity label on sites and remove any existing ones using the Site Sensitivity Label Enforcement rule.

• You can now choose to block guest users from signing in using the Remove Inactive Guest Users or Ghost Guest User Detection rule.

• You can now enforce that users you have defined via site collection properties must belong to the visitors group using the Pre-defined Group Members (Cloud Governance) rule.

• You can now choose whether to send an email notification of violations to the primary or secondary contact of the site.

• You can now control the maximum upload size of files as 250 GB (256000 MB, 262144000 KB) when using the Content Creation and Upload Restriction rule.

• You can now choose to skip monitoring the users whose access is granted by sharing links when using the Remove Shadow Users rule.
