A new rule, Content Sensitivity Label Enforcement, is now available, allowing you to apply sensitivity labels to documents based on risk level, sensitivity level, and exposure level.
This feature requires additional application permissions Content.SuperUser and Content.Writer.
If your organization has configured an app profile for the service app, navigate to AvePoint Online Services > Management > App management to re-authorize the app profile.
If your organization has configured an app profile for the custom Azure app, navigate to the Microsoft Entra admin center to add permissions to the app.
New Insights-based filter conditions, Exposure level, Risk level, and Sensitivity level, are now available to enhance filtering for SharePoint sites, OneDrive sites, and Group team sites.
A new Invite support button is now available under Help & Resources, enabling users to request assistance directly within the Policies for Microsoft 365 interface.
When applying the List/Library Creation Restriction rule, administrators can now choose to skip monitoring of lists/libraries created by app profiles or service accounts used by AvePoint Online Services.
Dynamic object name reference is now supported in email templates to automatically display workspace-specific identifiers like site names in email notifications, helping users instantly identify the affected object.
