• A report containing risk details of a policy within a specific date range can now be generated.

• You can now control users who can create shared channels inside Teams using the Shared Channel Creation Restriction rule.

• You can now choose to remove users who have never logged in after being invited using the Remove Inactive Guest Users rule.

• Company-wide sharing links can now be controlled using the Site Content Sharing Settings rule.

• The Allow members to create, update, and remove tabs setting can now be controlled using the Teams Settings Enforcement rule.

• The expiration time for all links shared to specific users can now be configured using the Sharing Link Expiration Enforcement rule.

• Users can now be restricted from deleting Teams when their metadata set by Cloud Governance meets the configured value using the Groups/Teams Deletion Restriction rule.

• Detailed configurations of rules can now be viewed within a policy.
