    • In the Membership Restriction, Restrict Member Invitation, and User/Group Restriction rules, you can now send email notifications of the violations to primary/secondary contacts configured in Cloud Governance.

    • You can now assign policies to manage Microsoft 365 users.

    • You can now remove licenses from users who have been blocked from signing in with the Remove Licenses from Blocked Users rule.

    • You can now assign multiple rules to the same node.

    • You can now customize the email template for the email notification of violations.

    • In the Content Creation and Upload Restriction rule, you can now send email notifications of violations to content uploaders and creators.

    • You can now view the number of violations on the policy tiles.

    • You can now control users who have the ability to add users to Groups or Teams with the Restrict Member Invitations rule.

    • You can now specify the users not to monitor in the Remove Shadow Users rule.

    • You can now send email notifications of the violations to site owners in the SharePoint Online Site related rules.

    • You can now remove licenses from users who do not have activities in Microsoft 365 services for a certain period with the Remove Licenses from Inactive Users rule.

    • You can now create new Defined Groups and filters when adding rules by clicking New in the corresponding drop-down lists.
