• You can now identify specific groups with the Domain and Group Type conditions in Defined Groups.

• The following rules and their features are now available:

• Deleted Item Retention Period Enforcement – Set the retention period of permanently deleted mailbox items within specific Exchange mailboxes.

• Membership Restriction – Control the membership of security groups and distribution lists.

• Content Creation and Upload Restriction – Restrict files with specific sensitivity labels from being created or uploaded to a site.

• Owner Number Restriction – Control the number of owners in security groups and distribution lists.

• Control Group Visibility in Global Address List – Control the visibility of mail-enabled security groups and distribution lists in the global address list.

• Teams Tagging Settings – Control how tags are used across your organization.

• Scan Orphaned Users, Site Collection Administrator Restriction, or User/Group Restriction – Choose whether to skip OneDrive account holders.

• Microsoft 365 Group Visibility in Outlook Client – Choose whether to hide Microsoft 365 Groups from the global address list.

• Groups/Teams Name Enforcement – Prevent the name change of Microsoft 365 Groups.
