| When you reset the Keep drafts for the following number of major versions setting using the Library Versioning Settings Enforcement rule, after the violation is fixed, the specified number of drafts is correctly enforced in Microsoft 365. However, the checkbox associated with this setting remains unselected in the Microsoft 365 interface. Note that this behavior also occurs when you manually configure the draft version number directly within Microsoft 365, even without using the rule in Policies for Microsoft 365. | June 2025 |
