• The Details column has been added to the Violations report page to display violation details.

#What’s New in Rules?

• You can now restrict files from being created or uploaded when there is a mismatch between file’s sensitivity label and site’s sensitivity label via the Content Creation and Upload Restriction rule.

• You can now choose whether to allow deletions performed by app profiles or service accounts used by AvePoint Online Services via the Deletion Restriction rule.

• Email notifications can now be sent to Group or Team owners when managing group team sites via Microsoft 365 Group or Microsoft Teams related rules.

• Email notifications can now be sent to inactive guest users when managing guest users via the Remove Inactive Guest Users rule.

#Resolved Known Issue

• The Scan External Users and Classification Enforcement rules are not supported for US Government for GCC High customers.
