The following changes have been made to the left navigation:
Service-level policies has been renamed to Service level and Tenant-level policies has been renamed to Tenant level.
Help has been renamed to Help & Resources.
Policy templates on the dashboard have been enhanced for a more user-friendly experience.
You now have the option to promote primary contacts, secondary contacts, and specific users/groups to site collection administrators until the required number is met when using the Site Collection Administrator Number Restriction rule.
There is now an option to skip monitoring users whose access requests are still pending when using the User/Group Restriction rule.
A new Privacy filter condition is now available, allowing you to filter Microsoft 365 Groups by their privacy status when adding rules to a policy.
An enhancement has been made to the Display name and Domain conditions of user properties in a Defined Group, so that deleted users in Microsoft Entra ID can now be targeted.
This enhancement is intended specifically for the User/Group Restriction rule. It will be effective in two scenarios: when the Defined Group includes the Display name or Domain user property condition and the conjunction is set to Any; when the Defined Group has no additional user property conditions other than Display name and Domain and the conjunction is set to All.
