General Updates

  • You can now create filters for Microsoft 365 users.

What’s new with rules for SharePoint Online Sites/OneDrive Sites?

  • You can now enforce specific users to be in the owner group of a site with the Site Owner Enforcement rule.

  • You can now scan users or groups that have been deleted or blocked in your Azure AD with the Scan Orphaned Users rule.

  • You can now enforce specific users to be in the Site Collection Administrators group of a site with the Site Collection Administrator Enforcement rule.

  • You can now enforce storage limit for sites with the Site Storage Enforcement rule.

What’s new with rules for Microsoft 365 Groups/Microsoft Teams?

  • You can now enforce specific users to be owners of Groups or Teams with the Ownership Enforcement rule.

  • You can now skip monitoring deletions performed by app profiles and service accounts used by AvePoint Online Services with the Groups/Teams Deletion Restriction rule.

  • You can now monitor your Private Channel Sites with rules.

What’s new with rules for Microsoft 365 Users?

  • Due to Microsoft's announcement on the end of support for Azure Graph, the MFA Status Enforcement rule was removed.

  • You can now send email notification of violations to the managers of the out-of-policy users with the Microsoft 365 users related rules.
