• The policy creation process has been updated and now features an intuitive, step-by-step wizard to guide users through policy setup.

• A new rule, Restrict Member Removal, is now available, allowing you to control users who have the ability to remove members from Microsoft 365 Groups or Teams.

• You can now set independent scan intervals for specific policy rules that require a lower frequency. Note that for these rules, the independent scan intervals take precedence over the general policy-level schedule.

• The Monitor private channel sites setting has been added to the Scan Orphaned Users and User/Group Restriction rules, allowing you to monitor private channels for Teams sites.

• You now have the option to promote the most active users to owners until the specified number of owners is reached when using the Owner Number Restriction rule. To use this rule, a subscription for tyGraph is required, and this option is not supported for OneDrive sites.
