• When using the Ownership Restriction or Membership Restriction rule to define users who can be added to Groups and Teams as owners or members, in addition to entering users one by one, you can now enter groups to define group members.

• You can now narrow down scan intervals to hours so that you can detect violations more quickly than per day.

• You can now use the List/Library Creation Restriction rule to control users who have the ability to create lists and libraries.

• When using the Groups/Teams Creation Restriction or Groups/Teams Deletion Restriction rule to define users who can create or delete Groups and Teams, in addition to entering users one by one, you can now enter groups to define group members.

• You can now use the Tenant-level Site Content External Sharing Settings rule to control the tenant-level external sharing settings for SharePoint and OneDrive.

• You can now view the activities performed within Policies for Microsoft 365 using Report.
