ユーザー アクティビティ レポートのエクスポート

テナント所有者およびサービス管理者が、AvePoint Online Services でテナントのユーザー アクティビティのレポートをエクスポートすることができます。既定では、ユーザー アクティビティ ログは 3 年間保持されます。ユーザー アクティビティ監査ログの保持期間を変更する、またはユーザー アクティビティ レポートをエクスポートする場合は、以下の説明を参照してください。

  1. 左ナビゲーションで、[システム監査マネージャー] をクリックします。

  2. シナリオに基づいて以下の設定を構成します。

    • ユーザー アクティビティの保持ポリシー**** – アクティビティ ログの保持期間を変更するには、以下を行います。

      1. ユーザー アクティビティ監査ログの保持期間 フィールドで、ドロップダウン リストから 年間 または か月間 を選択して、横にあるテキスト ボックスに適切な数値を入力します。

      2. [保存] をクリックして変更を保存します。

    • Export user activity report – Complete the steps below to export user activity reports:

      1. カレンダー (Button: calendar) ボタンをクリックして期間を選択します。

      2. [エクスポート] をクリックします。レポートには選択した期間内のユーザー アクティビティに関する情報(アクションのサマリー、アクションを実行したユーザーのログイン ID、処理日時など) が含まれます。
