General Updates

  • You can now submit your feedback for Entrust.

  • You can now assign or unassign permissions for managing mail users to Entrust users.

  • You can now configure whether to conceal user-level information in Entrust reports.

  • You can now remove all users when bulk editing Groups, SharePoint Online sites, and Teams.

  • You can now filter Teams and SharePoint Online sites by their number of activities within 7, 30, or 90 days.

  • You can now filter Microsoft 365 objects in reports with the Earlier than filter condition in the date and time related filters.

  • You can now filter report data by a custom time range.

What’s new in Exchange management?

  • You can now manage mail users in your Exchange contacts in Entrust.

  • You can now filter mailboxes by their archiving status.

  • You can now select whether to send email notifications to mailbox calendar delegates when updating the delegation settings.

What’s new in Microsoft 365 user management?

  • You can now reset user's MFA settings, including user's authentication status, authentication methods, and app passwords.

  • You can now view and manage additional user detail-related columns on the Application management > Users page.

  • You can now unassign all user licenses when bulk editing users.

What’s new in Groups management?

  • You can now manage message decline configurations for Groups.

  • You can now manage message approval settings for mail-enabled security groups and distribution groups.

What’s new in Teams management?

  • You can now create export schedules to export your Teams' reports to specified SharePoint libraries.

  • You can now apply sensitivity labels to Teams.

  • You can now export your Teams' details into reports, including Teams membership and channel details.

  • You can now update Teams membership in batch.

  • You can now bulk edit user policies in the Teams user report.

  • You can now filter Teams by the Sensitivity, Classification, and Expiration time filters.

What’s new in Workflows?

  • You can now create workflows for failed user sign-in.

  • You can now define the following user property conditions as trigger scope and action conditions for the Create/Invite user, Delete user, and Block user trigger events in workflows:

    • City

    • Country or region

    • Office

    • Manager

  • You can now select the following actions in workflows for the Block user trigger event:

    • Add others as user's mailbox delegate

    • Assign others as user's OneDrive administrator

    • Reassign user's Group ownership to others
