General Updates

  • Public Preview:

  • EnPower now offers a public API in public preview for retrieving data from Power Apps and Power Automate cloud flows.

  • AvePoint EnPower for Azure Entra ID enterprise application is now available for trial in AvePoint Online Services.

  • Private Preview: AvePoint EnPower for Microsoft Azure permission analysis is now available in private preview.

  • Email notifications of system scan job status are now available to be configured in System administration > Settings > Notifications.

  • You now can stop a running job for Exchange, SharePoint Online sites, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups. Once stopped, these jobs can be rerun one time.

  • EnPower now offers enhanced customer support through the integration of the AVA chatbot. If you have any product-related inquiries, the chatbot is readily available to assist you.

  • You can now use fuzzy search to quickly and easily find the department you’re looking for when using department filters.

  • Multiple values can now be searched in the Group filters.

  • The following information is now contained in the object condition triggered workflows' notifications:

  • Object name

  • Workflow trigger scope

What’s New in Power Platform Management?

  • The following data retrieval settings are now configurable in System administration > Settings > Data retrieval settings:

  • The collection of flow run history.

  • The collection of flow triggers and action counts.

  • Model-driven apps can now be published in EnPower.

  • The following conditions are now available to trigger workflows on artifact management:

  • Last viewed time

  • Last modified time

  • Last activity time

  • Workflows can now be triggered when the display names of apps and flows match, do not match, or contain certain values.

  • Managed Environments settings can now be configured for multiple environments in bulk.

  • Power BI datamarts can now be managed in EnPower.

  • The Last activity time condition is now available to trigger workflows for Power BI workspace management.

  • Send email to environment creator and Send email to environment maker actions are now available in Power Platform management workflows.

  • The artifact viewing details can now be exported in Artifact activity analytics.

  • Environments, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows can now be filtered by the creator's office location.

  • User principal names are now included in the exported Power Platform reports with user information.

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

Mail contacts in distribution groups and mail-enabled security groups can now be identified and managed.

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • Cloud Governance related operations can now be performed to manage:

  • Disabled Power Automate flows

  • Model-driven apps

  • The Edit metadata action is now available in workflows.

What’s New in Azure Entra ID Enterprise Application? (Public Preview)

Tenant settings analysis is now available for Applications risk report on the Overview page.
