The following EnPower permissions have been added to support detailed permission control:

What’s New in Power Platform Management?

  • Condition groups with an "or" condition relationship can now be used to define trigger scope for condition-triggered workflows for:

    • Environments

    • Connections

    • Copilot Studio agents

  • A "None" condition can now be used in workflows to trigger when objects lack activity:

    • Power Automate cloud flow/desktop flow: Last run time

    • Power Apps:

      • Last published time

      • Last launched time

    • Power BI workspaces: Last activity time

    • Power BI artifacts:

      • Last activity time

      • Last viewed time

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • On-premises mailboxes in Active Directory can now be scanned via Hybrid Agent and managed in EnPower.

  • SharePoint Online sites can now be archived and reactivated.

  • SharePoint Online sites now support keyword and prefix search in site names and URLs.

  • Group membership retrieval has been optimized by separating the membership and other Group data retrieval jobs.

  • The "None" condition is now available for defining the following workflow conditions to trigger workflows when objects do not have related activities:

    • Teams:

      • Last activity date

      • Expiration time

    • SharePoint Online sites: Last activity date

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • Renewal audits and metadata changes can now be checked and exported for:

    • Power Apps

    • Power Automate cloud flows

    • Teams

    • SharePoint

    • Microsoft 365 Groups

  • The following operations are now available for Teams:

    • Specify contacts

    • Apply contact election profile

    • Assign renewal task

  • Metadata editing is now supported via object condition workflows for:

    • Microsoft Teams

    • Power Platform environments

    • Copilot Studio agents

  • The "None" condition is now available for defining the following workflow conditions to trigger workflows when Groups, Teams, SharePoint sites, environments, flows, workspaces, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio agents do not have related activities:

    • Renewal start time

    • Renewal due date

    • Next renewal date

    • Last renewal time

  • Renewal metadata (Renewal start time, Renewal due date, and Next renewal date) can now be retrieved via the AvePoint Graph API for:

    • Environments

    • Power Apps

    • Power Automate cloud flows

    • Power BI workspaces

    • User/Shared mailboxes

  • New workflow conditions are available for SharePoint Online site object condition workflows:

    • Renewal profile

    • Renewal profile applied
