General Updates

  • AvePoint Entrust was renamed to AvePoint EnPower.

  • The permission group creation and management pages have been redesigned for enhanced management experience.

  • You can now restrict permission groups' permission on if they can create users in all containers.

  • You can now define the conditions of workflow triggers by specifying activities or number of activities within a time period.

What’s New in Power Platform Management?

  • The Power BI Administrator role was renamed to Fabric Administrator according to Microsoft's adjustment.

  • Power BI artifacts' usage can now be checked on the Artifact analytics dashboard.

  • Model-driven apps are now manageable in EnPower.

  • Cloud flows and desktop flows can now be managed respectively in the Cloud flows and Desktop flows tabs.

  • Dynamic workflows triggered by Power BI objects' conditions are now available.

  • Manually triggered workflows can now be used to manage connections.

  • Connection source of SharePoint connections showing the connected site can now be checked when viewing cloud flows.

  • You can now quarantine or restore Power Apps.

  • The App type condition is now available for Power Apps' object condition triggered dynamic workflow.

  • Object condition triggered dynamic workflows can now be used for desktop flows' management.

  • Owner status filter is now available for Power Apps.

  • The following filters are now available in Cloud app analytics:

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • For better performance, data in the User sign-in is now retained for a maximum of 6 months.

  • Information barrier segments assigned to users, SharePoint Online sites, and OneDrive can now be checked.

  • You can now view statistics of users whose MFA is required via Conditional Access policies on the User access compliance dashboard.

  • Calendar permissions of resource mailboxes can now be managed.

  • The following filters are now available for SharePoint Online sites:

    • Activities (last 7 days)

    • Activities (last 30 days)

    • Activities (last 90 days)

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • You can now renew your Power BI workspaces in EnPower with profiles created in Cloud Governance.

  • You can now specify contacts of Power Automate cloud flows in EnPower.

  • Cloud Governance metadata of shared mailboxes, Groups, Power Automate cloud flows, and Power BI workspaces can now be edited in EnPower.

  • Cloud Governance metadata can now be defined as conditions to trigger object condition triggered dynamic workflows.

  • Contact election profiles can now be applied to canvas apps.

  • Phase is now available as a condition in the workflows for Environments and Power BI workspaces.
