General Updates

  • The Entrust app is no longer the required app profile in the prerequisites. You can now configure the app profile for authentication and data retrieval based on your demands.

  • You can now bulk manage users in the User sign-in report.

  • You can now create email templates with rich-text format in Entrust.

  • There is now a message to check the Insights for Microsoft 365 subscription when no data is available for the Collaboration compliance dashboard.

What’s New with Report Filters

  • You can now monitor the email forwarding settings of mailboxes with filters on the Exchange page.

  • You can now monitor the password risks of users with filters on the Users page.

  • You can now filter the mailboxes by the mailbox recipient type in the Mailbox summary report.

  • You can now filter jobs in the Process center by the module that the job is operated in.

What’s New with Power Platform Management (Private Preview)

  • Power Platform management and relevant coming soon pages are currently on-demand features and are not generally available. For more information, you can contact AvePoint Technical Support or your sales representative.

  • You can now create Delegated app profile in AvePoint Online Services to manage your Power Platform resources.

  • You can now view and manage Power Platform environments in Entrust.

  • You can now view and manage Power Automate flows in Entrust.

  • You can now view and manage Power Apps in Entrust.

  • You can now apply Entrust policies to monitor settings in Power Platform environments and view the monitor details on the Environment details page.

  • You can now request the business context information of Power Apps by sending emails in Entrust.

  • You can now search specific Power Apps by the business context provided by app owners/co-owners when requested.

  • You can now grant permissions for Power Platform management to permission groups in Entrust.

  • You can now configure the email templates for the emails sent for Power Platform management in Entrust.

  • You can now delete multiple teams at a time in Power Platform environments.

  • You can now view the coming soon dashboard charts on Dashboard > Power Platform page.

  • You can now view the coming soon Power BI management page with sample data provided.
