General Updates

  • You can now choose a consent method between Global Administrator consent and User consent when you re-authorize the app profiles you are using for EnPower in AvePoint Online Services.

  • Process center can now be navigated from the left navigation pane.

  • Real-time synchronization is now available for Groups' membership and mailboxes' permission updates made in Cloud Governance and MyHub.

  • Workflow type and Object type/Trigger event columns are now available in Workflows. You can also filter workflows by the workflow type.

What’s New in Power Platform Management?

  • Connection usage and status can now be monitored on the Connection overview dashboard.

  • Manually triggered workflows can now be used to manage model-driven and SharePoint form apps.

  • DLP policy impact analysis is now available for you to preview the impact on the resources in an environment when applying a DLP policy.

  • The following conditions are now available in object condition triggered dynamic workflows for Power Automate cloud flows:

  • Last renewal time

  • Phase

  • Metadata

  • You can now filter Power Apps and flows by specific co-owners.

  • You can now configure whether to receive a notification email when violations of EnPower policies are detected.

  • You can now filter connections by specific non-Microsoft publishers.

  • When copying apps and flows, the new app or flow names are now by default the same as the original names.

  • The following objects in the copy analysis report are now displayed in display names instead of IDs:

  • Groups

  • SharePoint lists

  • Teams

  • Channels

  • Contact folders

  • Calendars

  • The following columns and filters are now available in Power BI > Artifacts: and Artifact activity analytics:

  • Views

  • Unique viewers

  • Direct shares

  • Cloud flow analytics report can now be exported.

  • The status of users having access to model-driven apps can now be checked.

  • The flow trigger can now be checked for cloud flows.

  • Site URLs are now displayed for SharePoint form apps.

  • Flows and model-driven apps can now be filtered by creator status.

  • You can now use the Send email to specific users action in Power Platform related workflows.

  • Power BI activities are now retained for a maximum of 6 months.

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • Duplicate licenses can now be automatically removed with dynamic workflows.

  • The number of Teams channel messages and Teams meetings organized can now be monitored on the Group activity chart on the Group dashboard.

  • Groups from which the admin roles are inherited are now displayed in the Roles field on User details page.

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • You can now apply renewal profiles and start renewal processes for Power Automate cloud flows with object condition triggered dynamic workflows.

  • Power Automate cloud flows can now be managed with renewal profiles and contact election profiles created in Cloud Governance.

  • Contact election profile can now be applied to Power Platform environments and Power BI workspaces.
