General Updates

  • Tenants in the GCC High environment is now available in Entrust.

  • The subscriptions to Calling management and Power Platform management are now available.

  • You can now select the app profile to use for authentication and data management for each tenant.

  • There is now a synchronization job running each hour to synchronize the newly created users to Entrust.

  • You can now manually synchronize data more than once in Prerequisites to retrieve the latest information.

  • You can now see the role required for the service account profile when performing an action that requires a service account profile.

  • You can now configure expiration dates for your permission groups.

  • You can now filter records in Audits by modules.

What’s new in Dashboard?

  • You can now view the number of App consumers and legacy apps whose last launched date is earlier than the specified time on Dashboard > Power Apps.

  • You can now view the number of Flow consumers and the ranking of flow actions on Dashboard > Power Automate.

  • You can view the detailed list of objects in the dashboard gadgets by clicking View legacy apps/flows, View apps/flows with ownership risks, View apps/flows without business context, View apps/flows without responses in the action list of gadgets on the Orphaned apps and Orphaned flows dashboards.

  • You can now configure to monitor the flows and apps that have not responded to the business context request email within or more than a specified time range in the Business context clarification gadgets on the Orphaned apps and Orphaned flows dashboards.

What’s new in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • You can now configure the detailed permissions of mailboxes' calendar delegates.

  • You can now control Entrust users' permissions to manage user roles in Permissions.

  • Groups whose names are duplicates of existing Groups cannot be created in Entrust.

  • You can now view whether external senders are allowed to email a Group in the Allow external senders to email this Group column.

  • You can now apply sensitivity labels with encryption to files in the Teams > Sensitivity report with the Insights for Microsoft 365 service app.

What’s new in Calling Management?

  • You can now manage user's policy package.

  • All enabled users are now shown in Calling > Users.

  • You can now view whether a user's enterprise voice is enabled in the Enterprise voice column in Calling > Users.

  • You can now filter phone numbers by their licensed usage.

  • You can now manage the call answering settings for a single call queue.

  • You can now bulk manage the call answering settings for multiple call queues.

  • You can now add distribution groups and security groups to call queues.

  • You can now control user permissions on accessing Calling's audits in Permissions.

What’s new in Power Platform Management?

  • The Power Platform management is now generally available for users with a subscription to the Power Platform Management in Entrust.

  • A new interface was implemented for Power Platform Management with the optimized management capabilities of views, filters, and columns.

  • By clicking the clickable numbers in columns, the details will be shown in a panel instead of on the details page that you are redirected to.

  • You can now hover your mouse over the N/A in the columns to view the detailed information.

  • You can now filter the Power Platform objects that are not applicable to specific conditions with the N/A condition in filters.

  • There is now a Premium icon shown in the Connections columns when an environment, app, or flow has connections based on Premium tier connectors.

  • Added columns and filters to Power Platform management tables:

    • You can now view and filter the last activity date, last run time, activity count, and creator's department of flows.

    • You can now view and filter the last launched time, launch count, and activity count of apps.

    • You can now view and filter the workspace type of a workspace or an artifact.

  • You can now view the activity counts and detailed activity logs on the detail pages of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI workspaces and artifacts.

  • You can now view the activity details when clicking the number in the Activities columns.

  • You can now manage the membership of environments’ security group whose group type is a mail-enabled security group or distribution group by using the Entrust for Power Platform management service app

  • You can now configure whether to copy the permissions of the source apps or flows to the destination environments when copied.

  • The Check user access feature has been optimized:

    • You can now check users' access to Power BI workspaces and artifacts.

    • You can now remove and reassign user's permissions and export the access report.

  • The Business context request and review feature has been optimized:

    • You can now send emails to request for business context information of Power BI workspaces and artifacts.

    • You can now send notifications and business context requests for flows to the flows' co-owners.

    • You can now view and search the collected business context information in both the details page and relevant columns on the management page of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

    • You can now view and filter the Power BI workspaces and artifacts by their business context information and response conditions.

  • You can now manage the Managed Environments settings for environments.

  • You can now renew your Power Apps in Entrust if you have a subscription to the Power App Management in Cloud Governance.

  • You can now manage the run-only permissions for Power Automate flows.

  • You can now view the number of users who have access to a report, dataset, and dashboard with columns and filters in the Access category,

  • You can now view and manage personal workspaces and artifacts in personal spaces in the Personal workspaces and Personal artifacts view tabs in Power BI management.

  • You can now view the detailed properties of Power BI artifacts in your organization.

  • You can now view the users with direct and indirect access to the reports and datasets.

  • You can now manage the permission for a single object in the tables of Power Platform management.

  • You can now delete Power BI workspaces in Entrust.

What’s New in Workflows?

  • You can now create dynamic workflows triggered by Power Apps with the specified conditions detected by scan jobs.

  • The display of operation details for workflows is now optimized and categorized by actions.
