General Updates

  • EnPower roles can now be created with pre-defined permissions. By assigning roles to your permission groups, you can manage permission assignments effectively.

  • In EnPower, the left navigation pane has the following updates:

  • Renamed Help to Help & Resources.

  • What's new has been added under Help & Resources. By clicking it, you can access the EnPower Release Notes.

  • The following service account permissions required by EnPower functionalities can now be replaced by permissions assigned to app profiles.

What’s New in Power Platform Management?

  • Manually triggered workflows are now available for Power BI workspace management.

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • Data for user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes can now be retrieved via the AvePoint Public API. For more information, refer to Explore EnPower Public API.

  • The following columns are now available:

  • Users

  • Eligible roles

  • Microsoft 365 > Teams:

  • Site URL

  • Storage used (GB)

  • Microsoft 365 > Groups:

  • Site URL

  • Storage used

  • Roles

  • Microsoft 365 > SharePoint > Groups team sites:

  • Group email

  • Team name

  • Groups and Teams can now be searched in corresponding reports by their email addresses.

  • When exporting Groups’ details, Groups’ mailbox delegates with Send on behalf permission can be included.

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • Metadata of Power Platform environments, Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and Power BI workspaces can now be edited in EnPower.
