General Updates

  • The EnPower for Power Platform service app now includes the PowerPages.Websites.Read and PowerPages.Websites.Write Power Platform API delegated permissions, enabling management of Power Pages.

    NOTE

    Service principal is required if you re-authorize the EnPower for Power Platform service app or assign these permissions to your custom Azure app. For more details on the service principal configurations, refer to Authentication

  • Due to a Microsoft service upgrade, business context requests will no longer be available after October 13, 2025. To support the management of object lifecycles, renewal-related functionalities have been integrated with AvePoint Cloud Governance.

  • New AvePoint Graph API endpoints are available to retrieve more details of Power Platform objects:

    • Power Apps: New data includes details about app activities, launch history, and users who launched the apps, along with enhanced creator information such as country, ID, and job title.

    • Power Automate: Users can now access running histories and activities of both cloud and desktop flows, as well as connection usage data, with additional creator details like email and job title.

    • Power BI: New data sources include counts and details of data sources, semantic model details, and active user statistics, providing insights into data utilization and user engagement.

    • Copilot Studio: Enhanced data retrieval includes details about Copilot agents and their activities, allowing for better tracking and management of AI-driven interactions.

  • Power Pages sites can now be managed in EnPower.

  • Dynamic workflows can now be used to manage Power Pages sites.

  • The following dashboards are now available to provide visualized insights into your resources usage and activities:

    • Power Pages overview

    • Copilot Studio overview

  • Manually triggered workflows can now be used to manage the following objects:

    • Power BI artifacts

    • Power Pages sites

    • Copilot Studio agents

  • The following dashboard charts are now available to provide insights into Power Platform resource creation:

    • Power App overview > Apps created in last 12 months

    • Power App overview > App creators in last 12 months

    • Cloud flow overview > Flows created in last 12 months

    • Cloud flow overview > Flow creators in last 12 months

    • Desktop flow overview > Flows created in last 12 months

    • Desktop flow overview > Flow creators in last 12 months

  • The Premium capacity column and filter are now available to display whether the Power BI workspace is using premium connectors.

  • The Apps using this flow column is now available in Cloud flows report to display the flow's associated apps.

  • Information about apps using the flow can now be included in cloud flow's exported reports.

  • Power BI workspace workflows can now be triggered by the last activity time of the artifacts within.

  • Copilot Studio workflows can now be triggered by the last activity time and last 7 days' activity count.

  • Microsoft Loop workspaces can now be managed in EnPower.

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • Contact election profiles can now be applied to Copilot Studio agents.

  • The renewal-related audits timeline of the following objects can now be checked in EnPower:

    • Environments

    • Power BI workspaces

    • Copilot Studio agents

  • Contact changes are now displayed in the timeline.
