New navigation updates are being rolled out across the Confidence Platform, delivering a more intuitive, consistent, and efficient user experience. The following navigation changes have been made in EnPower:
The Activity section has been newly added and includes Job monitor (renamed from Jobs).
Under the System section (renamed from System administration):
Audits was renamed to System auditor.
Quick start (renamed from Prerequisites) and Help center were added.
Agents created in Copilot studio can now be managed in EnPower. Apart from checking agent activities and access, you can publish, share, and update your agents.
*Note: Copilot agent management is currently not available for tenants in the GCC and GCC High environments.
You can now configure whether to hide dashboard gadgets whose data retrieval has not been enabled.
For Exchange and Group management using custom app configured in AvePoint Online Services, the impersonation user to call the Microsoft API can now be configured in System > Settings > Impersonation account settings.
Workflows created by users who have been deleted can now be triggered by assigning an application administrator or service administrator to trigger the deleted workflows.
Service account specifically used for Power Platform recourses' copy can now be configured in Quick start.
Power Platform data in EnPower can now be retrieved by AvePoint Graph Modern API. For more information, refer to AvePoint Graph Modern API.
The EnPower public API can now return up to 1000 object results per page using the top filter in your request. For example:

The Total app creator and Total flow creator charts now display only the number of users in containers that the signed-in EnPower user has permission to manage. When no user container has been assigned to the signed-in EnPower user, the number displayed in the chart will be zero.

Dataverse instance URL
Other Power Platform objects: Object ID
Dynamic workflows can now be triggered to send notifications when users are added to:
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft 365 Groups
SharePoint Online sites
Auto-complete renewal is now available for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups.
Contact election tasks for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint Online sites, and Power BI workspaces can now be triggered with object condition triggered dynamic workflows.
Object condition triggered dynamic workflows for SharePoint Online sites' renewal can now be triggered by specifying the site's metadata and contact’s properties.
When triggering renewal task for SharePoint sites with ongoing tasks, you can now choose to either skip the newly triggered job or cancel the ongoing job.
Metadata for SharePoint Online sites other than Group team sites can now be displayed, filtered, exported, and edited in EnPower.
