General Updates

  • Coming soon: EnPower will integrate with AvePoint Online Services to provide the following charts in Command centers:

    • AI Confidence > Workspace Overview – Provides information on the number of inactive and ownerless workspaces, which may be underutilized. This insight assists in minimizing clutter.

    • Risk Posture > Ownerless workspaces – Displays the number of workspaces without owners. Monitoring this number helps in identifying ownerless workspaces for necessary actions to mitigate compliance risks.

Sample data of the charts is now available.

  • The EnPower for Microsoft 365 service app now includes the UserAuthenticationMethod.ReadWrite.All and Policy.ReadWrite.AuthenticationMethod application permissions for users’ MFA management.

  • The Workspace overview dashboard is now available to display Power BI workspace creation and usage data.

  • Notifications are now available when the number of EnPower users exceeds the allotted user seats of your EnPower subscription.

  • Emails generated by an individual workflow can now include details of all related objects within the workflow's trigger scope.

What’s New in Power Platform Management?

  • Details of flow co-owners can now be included when exporting cloud or desktop flows reports.

  • Shared users' access to Power Apps can now be removed via workflows.

  • Condition groups whose condition relation is "or" are now available to define the trigger scope of the following objects’ object condition triggered workflows:

    • Power Apps

    • Power Automate cloud flows

    • Power Automate desktop flows

    • Power BI workspaces

    • Power BI artifacts

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • User and shared mailboxes' automapping can now be enabled while granting full-access permission to mailbox delegates. Mapped mailboxes can be displayed in the users’ Outlook, simplifying the process of accessing delegated mailboxes.

  • OneDrive administrators can be managed by clicking the number in the OneDrive > Administrators column.

  • Information about OneDrive administrators can now be included in the exported OneDrive details report.

  • Groups, Teams, and SharePoint sites can now be searched by site URLs.

  • User sign-ins can now be blocked via object condition triggered workflows.

  • The following conditions and actions are now available in SharePoint Online Sites’ and Groups’ object condition triggered workflows:

    • SharePoint Online sites’ trigger scope conditions:

      • Microsoft 365 status

      • Sensitivity

      • Created time

      • Last activity date

      • Activities (last 30 days)

      • Storage used (GB)

      • External sharing

    • SharePoint Online sites’ workflow actions:

      • Change site status

      • Edit storage limit

      • Apply sensitivity label

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • Cloud Governance properties and lifecycle management are now available for Copilot Studio agents in EnPower.

  • Copilot Studio agents' renewal and contact management can now be operated via workflows.

  • The following objects metadata can now be edited in EnPower:

    • SharePoint site collections

    • Microsoft Teams

    • Microsoft 365 Groups

    • Distribution groups

    • Mail-enabled security groups

    • Shared mailboxes

    • Resource mailboxes

  • Cloud Governance renewal time, phase, and metadata are now available when defining conditions for triggering SharePoint Online sites’ and Groups’ object condition triggered workflows.

  • Renewal profiles can now be applied to SharePoint Online Sites and Groups via object condition triggered workflows. Additionally, renewal of Groups can now be restarted via the workflows as well.

  • The following objects’ workflow triggering scope can now be defined by the objects' metadata:

    • Power Platform environments

    • Groups

    • SharePoint site collections

    • Microsoft Teams

  • User property metadata is now supported in EnPower for both displaying and editing.

  • The following conditions are now available for Teams' object condition triggered workflows:

    • Renewal start time

    • Renewal due date

    • Next renewal date
