General Updates

  • Due to a Microsoft service upgrade, business context requests are currently unavailable. We are proactively working with Microsoft to resolve this issue.

  • Details of objects with exceptions or failures in scan jobs can now be exported.

  • Data retrieval for channel report can now be turned on or off in System administration > Permissions > Data retrieval settings.

What’s New in Power Platform Management?

  • Deleted apps and cloud flows can now be checked and restored under the corresponding tabs in Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Desktop flow overview is now available in Dashboard to display the desktop flow creation and usage in your tenants.

  • Data of model driven apps are now available on Power App dashboards.

  • The Last run status column is now available in Power Automate > Cloud flows and Desktop flows.

  • When a trigger or action in Power Automate cloud flows involves SharePoint Online sites, the Site URLs column now displays the URL details for the flow.

  • The Remove all access action is now available in workflows for Power Apps.

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • A channel report listing details of Team channels is now available.

  • The following conditions and actions are now available in object condition workflows for Teams:

    • Conditions:

      • Last activity date

      • Activities (last 30 days)

      • Sensitivity

      • Classification

      • Expiration time

    • Actions:

      • Remove all guests

      • Archive/Unarchive Teams

      • Apply sensitivity label

      • Manage Team/channel settings

  • Read-only permission of shared mailboxes can now be assigned to their delegates.

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • Cloud Governance details and related management operations are now available for Microsoft 365 Groups in EnPower.

  • Power Apps, Power BI workspaces, Power Automate cloud flows, and environments can now be removed from Cloud Governance in EnPower.

  • Actions to send email to primary or secondary contact are now available in manually triggered workflows for mailboxes and Groups.

  • Permission changes of mailboxes performed in Cloud Governance can now be synced in real-time to EnPower.

  • When there are conflicts between membership changes in EnPower and dynamic membership rules in Cloud Governance, Group membership will follow the dynamic membership rules. Therefore, changes made in EnPower may be reverted.
