General Updates

  • Entrust is now available for trial in AvePoint Online Services.

  • Hybrid Agent Management downloaded in AvePoint Online Services can now be used for on-premises Active Directory management in Entrust.

  • You can now search for management reports and gadgets in the search box on the top left of Entrust pages for quick navigation.

  • You can now select the service account to use for Microsoft 365 management operations that require service account authentication in Prerequisites.

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • You can now create on-premises Active Directory groups and users as well as perform hybrid group and user management.

  • A new interface was implemented for user, Group, and Team management with the optimized management capabilities of views, filters, and columns.

  • A service account with the User Administrator role can now be used to delete and permanently delete users.

  • A service account with the Password Administrator role can now be used to reset user passwords.

  • Web page settings can now be configured for users.

  • Groups can now be filtered by the group owner and member properties.

  • Groups can now be filtered by their address list visibility settings, external sender accessibility settings, and sensitivity labels.

  • You can now view and manage owner and member lists on the Group details page.

  • Group members can now be added, removed, and replaced in bulk by importing Excel files.

  • You can now filter Teams by the owner and member properties.

What’s New in Power Platform Management?

  • You can now use the object condition triggered dynamic workflows to manage your Power Platform objects and assign corresponding workflow permissions to your Entrust permission groups.

  • Email templates can now be customized for object condition triggered dynamic workflows.

  • The metadata configured for Power Apps in Cloud Governance can now be displayed in columns.

  • You can now view whether guest user access is gained via the security group.

  • My workspaces and personal artifacts are not displayed by default in the default views in Workspaces and Artifacts.

What’s New in Call Management?

  • More voice policies can now be managed, including:

    • Calling policies

    • Call hold policies

    • Call park policies

    • Emergency policies

    • Mobility policies

    • Voice routing policies

    • Voicemail policies

  • Audio Conferencing settings of users can now be viewed and managed.

  • Enterprise voice settings can now be updated for users.

  • Direct routing phone numbers can now be viewed and managed.

  • Phone number usage can now be confirmed before placing the number order.

  • The conference bridge assignment can now be removed from a phone number.

  • You can now view the process details for an auto attendant, caller ID policy, and call queue deletion in the Process center.
