General Updates

  • A new layout has been deployed to the Settings page to provide quick access to the management of system settings.

  • The following app profile permissions are no longer required by Entrust:

    • Entrust for Microsoft 365:

      • Application.ReadWrite.All

      • Application.ReadWrite.OwnedBy

      • Directory.Read.All

    • Entrust for Power Platform:

      • Capacity.Read.All
  • You can now filter audit records within a custom date range.

  • For better performances, you can now delete no more than 100 objects in bulk.

What’s New in Microsoft 365 Management?

  • You can now manage the Exchange settings of newly created users by event triggered dynamic workflows.

  • You can now bulk edit Group and Team ownership as well as membership by importing CSV files.

  • Shared channels can now be managed in Entrust.

  • Mail-enabled security groups can now be hidden from global address list.

  • Event triggered workflows can now be triggered when a user with specific extension attributes is created.

  • Owners and Members of the connected Microsoft 365 Group and Teams can now be viewed and managed in SharePoint Online site's permission management.

  • The activities of your Teams are now displayed as N/A when the AvePoint Online Services> Administration > Report data collection > Activities in Microsoft 365 or the auditing in Microsoft 365 Purview compliance portal is not enabled.

  • Group team sites that are not connected to any Microsoft 365 Group or Teams can now be scanned and managed in Entrust via Auto discovery scan profiles. To enable this on-demand feature, you need to contact AvePoint Technical Support team.

  • You can now search for owners or members to add to distribution groups or mail-enabled security groups by their user principal names when no results have been found from the user list.

  • The following conditions are now available for Power Platform objects' Auto discovery scan profiles:

    • Environments:

      • Display name

      • Creator email address

    • Connections:

      • Display name

      • Creator email address

      • Environment

    • Power Apps:

      • Display name

      • Owner email address

      • Environment

    • Power Automate flows:

      • Display name

      • Owner email address

      • Environment

    • Power BI workspaces:

      • Display name
  • Dynamic workflows can now be used to manage newly created Power BI workspaces.

  • SharePoint form apps can now be managed in Entrust.

  • You can now view the refresh history of datasets and dataflows.

  • When deleting a Power BI workspace, user who consents the app profile used for Power Platform management are now automatically added to the Power BI workspace admin group.

  • The following columns and filters are now available:

    • Power BI workspaces:

      • Created date
    • Power Apps:

      • Has creator

      • Creator disabled

    • Power Automate:

      • Has creator
  • The following conditions are now available for object condition triggered dynamic workflows:

    • Power Apps:

      • Has creator

      • Creator disabled

    • Power Automate:

      • Has creator
  • Workspace OneDrive settings can now be managed in Entrust.

  • The app creator status and flow creator status filters have been removed from Power Platform dashboards.

  • Default environments are now indicated with a Default tag.

  • Scorecards can now be managed in Power BI > Artifacts.

  • Connection types used by Power Apps can now be checked in Entrust.

What’s New in Calling Management?

  • You can now navigate to the management pages of voice policies by the left navigation pane.

  • You can now assign authorized users of auto attendants and call queues.

  • Voice applications policies can now be managed in Entrust.

  • Teams voice related licenses can be assigned to resource accounts when assigning phone numbers to them.

  • You can now set business hours in Call flow for after hours settings for auto attendants.

  • PSTN records can now be created under emergency call routing policies.

  • The following policies can now be managed for Teams users:

    • Audio Conferencing policy

    • Call hold policy

    • Enhanced encryption policy

    • Events policy

    • Meeting customization policy

    • Meeting template policy

    • Mobility policy

    • Voice applications policy

    • Voicemail policy

What’s New in Management Integrated with Cloud Governance?

  • You can now renew your Power Platform environments in Entrust with profiles created in Cloud Governance.

  • Object condition triggered workflows can now be used for the renewal and contact management of Power Platform environments.

  • Cloud Governance metadata can now be edited in Entrust.

  • The following filters are now available for security groups, mail enabled security groups, shared mailboxes, environments, and Power Apps:

    • Governance details confirmation overdue

    • Import process completed with exception

    • Pending confirmation of governance details

  • Objects created via Cloud Governance can now be managed in Entrust right after the creation.
